Kassava restaurant at Suarti Boutique Villa- Ubud is a new all-day dining concept that is inspired by the idea of healthy, rustic dining with a strong focus on generous portions and value for money. Located in Pengosekan-Ubud, this restaurant offers plenty of fascinating gastric pamper experiences with guaranteed fresh ingredients taken from the locals.
This restaurant has a spacious area with a maximum capacity of 70 pax. The various range of a la carte breakfast classic menu from Eggs Benedict and Florentine to muesli and cereal are served from 7am-3pm while the all-inclusive set breakfasts are open from 7 am to 10.30 am.
The all-day menu is also available for those who want to enjoy the various kinds of healthy mouth-watering tapas and another cuisine which also perfect for sharing with friends. During my visit, I had the fresh watercress salad for my dinner and yes! It tasted heavenly good with the sweet yet sour spicy dressing, so fresh and healthy! The Thai Fishcake is also worth to try. The mixture of yam and other secret recipes simply put out a unique yet tasty flavor.
For dinner, this restaurant provides the best combination of classic dinner menus such as Australian Black Angus Rib Eye steak, Grilled Tasmanian Salmon, Sashimi-Grade Tuna Steak, Caramelized Pork Ribs, Crispy Duck, Beef Cheek Rendang, Citrus Chicken, Prawn Aglio Olio, and Stir-Fried Wild Rice. The grilled mahi-mahi is also one of Kassava’s specialty. Directly taken from local fisherman, the fishes are guaranteed fresh and no preservative is added. To sweeten up your dining experience, don’t miss the treat of crowd-pleasing homemade favorites like Raspberry Pannacotta, Poached Pears and a selection of house Gelato.
