New Announcement of Visa – Free Visit to Indonesia

Hey all! For your information, starting on 11 June 2015 Indonesia has the new list of Visa-Free Visit Countries. Please check below announcement for your references.

As per Indonesian President Regulation No 69, 2015 regarding Free Visa, below is the list of Visa-Free Visit countries to Indonesia:

  • For 15 countries such as: Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei Darussalam, Philippines, Chili, Morocco, Peru, Vietnam, Malaysia, Ecuador, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR, the free visa could be obtained with below regulations:

  • Purpose of visit: Government, education, social-culture, travel, business, family, journalistic or transit to continue travel to the other country.

  • Port of entry: All ports/airports with Immigration check and will be given stamp for short term visit.

  • For 30 countries such as The People's Republic of China, Rusia, South Korea, Japan, USA, Canada, New Zealand, Mexico, England, Germany, France, The Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austia, Denmark, Norway, FIndland, Poland, Hungary, Czech, Qatar, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and South Africa with the following provisions:

  • Purpose of visit: Travel

  • Port of Entry:

  • Airports:

  • Soekarno Hatta Airport, Jakarta

  • Ngurah Rai Airport, Bali

  • Kualanamu Airport, Medan

  • Juanda Airport, Surabaya

  • Hang Nadim Airport, Batam

  • Port:

  • Sri Bintan Pura, Tanjung Pinang

  • Batam Centre, Batam

  • Sekupang, Batam

  • Tanjung Uban, Tanjung Uban

Permit of stay for the above 45 countries is only for 30 days and could not be extended or converted to the other permit of stay.
